Skull Trooper is a character in the film “G.I. Joe: The Rise of COBRA” as well as a playable character in the G.I. Joe video games from 2009 and 2010, respectively. In both films, Skull Trooper was voiced by David Sobolov but portrayed by two different actors- Dave Pettitt in “The Rise of Cobra” and Kevin Smith in “Revenge of the Cobra”.

In the film, he is a lieutenant of Cobra Commander and a trained assassin. In the video games, he was a member of the elite team known as The Plague.

In the movie, Skull Trooper is a member of Cobra’s elite squad known as The Plague, which consists of mercenaries from around the world. In the video game, he was a lieutenant and second-in-command of The Plague.

Skull Trooper first appeared as downloadable content for G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra on the Playstation 3 in 2009, but was later released for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 2 in 2010. Even though he is not available for purchase in-game, Skull Trooper has a usable code that can be redeemed to unlock him instantly in the PS2 version.

For both games, Skull Trooper’s primary weapon is a laser rifle. His secondary weapon is a rocket launcher. His special weapon is a cobra helicopter drone called “Buzz-Bomber.” In the first game, he has a special melee counter strike for Cobra Eels and Night Creepers, in which he fires both his weapons simultaneously (he also comments on how the move isn’t authorized).
