2. Open your email and find the email titled 【Your Langrisser Account is now activated】, open the attached 《activation code.pdf》 file and copy 《activation code》 to your clipboard (Ctrl + C).

3. Go back to Home > Create Account > Confirm Email. Paste 《activation code》 to the input box, your account is created successfully after the system sends you a validation email.

4. The password lost function has been activated for 30 days since your account creation, please remember your password carefully.

5. It will take 1 business day to send a new password to your email, please check your email and reset the password.

6. [Please input a wrong password 5 times within 30 seconds, if it is failed, please retry later.] is shown when you try to login with an invalid password/username/email address. If this happens, wait 5 minutes and then click on the login button again.

What to do if I can’t log in?

1. Check your username and password, if they are correct and meet the requirement, you should check your email for possible hacking issues. If it is not a hacking issue, please contact our support: https://www.artix.com/support.

2. If you do not receive any emails from us, please check your email spam/junk folder and make sure to mark our emails as “not spam or junk”. You can also click on the link in this email to resend it again.

3. Langrisser Account password is case sensitive, if you have capital letters, please input them carefully.

4. To ensure a safe environment for all our users, we allow only one account per person and IP address. If you created another account illegally, your accounts will be banned or suspended.

Can I transfer my character from AQ Account to Langrisser Account?

AQ Account and Langrisser Account are managed by different teams, therefore, character transfer is not available right now. When it becomes available in the future you will be notified via email.

Why can’t I log in? The system shows 【Your account has been banned】when I try to login to my account?

If 【Your account has been banned】is shown, it means your account is being banned. We have a list of rules and behaviors that will result in an account being banned. Please check the following reasons:

1. You used a hacking tool or bot when playing AE Games.

2. Your AQ Account is hacked or lost.

3. You have played on multiple accounts at the same time, therefore it is likely you are cheating.

4. Your character’s level or rank is too high compared to your account age. Your account may be suspected as a bot account, using machine assistance or hacking tools if your level/rank is too high under age 30.

5. You have violated our Terms of Service, therefore your account will not be activated anymore.

6. You have violated another user’s privacy or rights by giving/selling/trading your username and password to other people, you are not allowed to do so! We will NEVER ask for your username and password information.

7. You have violated the game rules or Terms of Service, for example, you used profanity in-game or on our official website.

8. You are using the account registered to another person without their consent, therefore it is likely your account is hacked/lost and you are not allowed to play anymore! If this is the case, please contact our support at https://www.artix.com/support for more information
